We differ from other online auction websites by only charging a flat rate of £1 to list any item, of any value! This makes us far cheaper than other sites as we do not charge commission or sales fees. All our newly listed items also appear on our front page free of charge!

We provide three different currency choices, US Dollars (USD), Euro (EUR) and Sterling (GBP) when listing an item. You can bid or buy in the currency the item is listed only.
If you wish to know the cost in another currency simply click the "currency converter" link next to the price.
It is free and simple to register, simply click on the register button on our main page. Don't forget your first listing is free!
We often offer promotional codes which once activated give free listings. Simply log in to your account, then click on Promotion code on the left hand menu. Once activated the free listings will be available.

We are considerably cheaper to sell motors and expensive items than other websites as we have no final sale fee or commission.
We highly recommend you confirm receipt of payment before posting items. We also recommend you post items within the specified time limit in your listing, payment pending.
An automated message will be sent to the buyer and seller. The buyer will receive and message with the details of the item won, price, payment methods and contact details of the member selling the item.
The seller will receive an email confirming the item has been sold, the price and who won the item and contact details.
We recommend members contact each if they have any queries, before paying or posting items.
We highly recommend you confirm receipt of payment before posting items.
This depends on the sellers preference but all the required information will be on the automated email.
For PayPal and Googlecheckout simply log on to either your PayPal or Googlecheckout account and raise a manual payment using the sellers provided email, quoting the item reference. The process takes seconds and is easy to do.
If you are unsure how to pay we suggest you contact the seller, all the information is provided on the automated email.
As we do not store any financial details on our site we recommend you check with payment provider or member to see if the money has been paid.
If applicable, log in to your PayPal or Googlecheckout account to see if you have received the required funds.
Try checking your spam folder just in case the email is in there. If in doubt you can always contact the other member who won/sold the item by clicking on their username.
Log in to your PoundSeller account and click on 'Change Personal Details' to amend any required information.

Yes, absolutely. We do not hold any financial or payment details on our site, as all payment for listing are through Paypal or Googlecheckout/wallet.

Yes, registration and membership is completely free.
Both are safe methods of paying online, we highly recommend using either when dealing with transactions.
No, we strongly recommend using Paypal or Google Wallet as these are both safe and secure methods of payment which usually offer a refund policy (subject to terms & conditions).
DO NOT send payment direct to bank accounts or post cash as you will not be covered by your bank should the item not arrive.
There isn't one, PoundSeller keeps selling simple, no commission or sales fees, no hidden charges and free membership.

When the item has expired, go into the 'Items Expired' section, within your account. Find the item, click edit, make any changes then relist.
Please note expired items will be displayed until relisted or deleted.
If a member has not paid or sent an item we recommend you contact the member first, allowing at least 5 days for a reply.
If the dispute cannot be resolved between you both we recommend you contact the payment provider, such as Paypal/ Googlecheckout who may be able to assist.
You can also give appropriate feedback to the member, on their feedback section.
